We require notice of cancellations a minimum of 24 hours in advance of appointments.
Cancellations made in this 24 hour period will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. ‘No shows’ and cancellations in the 2 hour period before the appointment, will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount. These charges must be cleared before the client is able to make further appointments and we may ask for a deposit or full pre-payment for future bookings.
The cancellation policy is in place so that we have time to inform our standby guests of any openings. We work hard to meet our clients desires and exceed their expectations, so we ask that in return, you respect our time and business and turn up to your appointments. Appointment confirmation emails are sent upon booking and a reminder email and/or text message is sent the day before the scheduled appointment, so there is no excuse for ‘no shows’ and we simply deem them unacceptable.
It is regrettable that we have had to put these measures in place and that we must have such stern words on our website, however this is due to the sheer volume of ’no shows’ and last minute cancellations we have had, which cost our salon hundreds of pounds per month.
Accidents can happen, so we do offer repairs between appointments if needed.
If a problem occurs and is reported within the first 4 days following the treatment, we are happy to repair complimentary. Any repairs required following this period, will cost a £5 flat charge.
