Booking Policy

Our booking policy is in place to ensure the smooth running of our salon day, in order to uphold a high standard of service and client experience that we work hard to deliver.

Please arrive on time for your appointment, to avoid knock on effects to other clients.

Cancellations require a minimum of 24hrs notice. No shows or last minute cancellations within this 24hr period prior to the booking  will result in a charge:

24+ notice: No charge

24hrs - 2hrs notice: 50% of booked treatment value

2hrs or less / No Show: 100% of booked treatment value

When booking online, your card details are captured so that should you not turn up for your appointment or cancel last minute, the charge will be applied to your stored card. We do not have access to your card information.

We require notice of cancellations a minimum of 24 hours in advance of appointments. 
In the case of no shows, we may ask for a deposit or full pre-payment for future bookings.
The cancellation policy is in place so that we have time to inform our standby guests of any openings. We work hard to meet our clients desires and exceed their expectations, so we ask that in return, you respect our time and business and turn up to your appointments. Appointment confirmation emails are sent upon booking and a reminder email is sent 48hrs before the scheduled appointment.
It is regrettable that we have had to put these measures in place, however this is due to the sheer volume of ’no shows’ and last minute cancellations we have had, which can cost our salon hundreds of pounds per month.
Repair Policy
Accidents can happen, so we do offer repairs between appointments if needed.

If a problem occurs and is reported within the first 4 days following the treatment, we are happy to repair complimentary. Any repairs required following this period, will cost a £5 flat charge for Shellac and Acrylic repairs are priced at £5 for the first nail, +£3 for subsequent nails.
